Take a confidential screening test

Free, confidential screening for depression, bipolar disorder, alcohol issues, anxiety and post-traumatic stress are available online and in person in Fort Collins. This screening tool is provided through Connections, a program provided by the Health District of Northern Larimer County and the Larimer Center for Mental Health.

The staff of Connections is available to screen people for depression as well as for bipolar disorder, anxiety, alcohol issues and eating disorders.
